Band announce ten dates in December

27 May 2008 - Coldplay have unveiled details of a UK tour to promote their new album Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends .

The group will play ten arena shows across England and Scotland, kicking off with two shows at the Birmingham NIA on 1 and 2 December and culminating in two concerts at the O2 in East London.

Tickets for all the gigs will be going on sale at 9.30am on Friday 30 May.

Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends is released on June 12.
