The band preview new single - 6 Music wants your thoughts
01 August 2008 - A preview of a new Oasis single has been uploaded to YouTube.The video montage of their hits, teamed with footage of the Gallagher brothers' mammoth gigs, culminates in a short clip of their new single called The Shock Of The Lightning.
The song is set to be released on 29 September, ahead of the band's seventh studio album Dig Out Your Soul , which is out on 6 October.
The album was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.
Oasis' single goes to radio in Shaun's show at 8:15am on Friday 15 August.
